Brewing Instructions

IF Tea

Cold BrewCold Brew

  1. Use desired amount of filtered water (IF Tea Bags are very large and have plenty of flavor for up to 30ozs of water)
  2. Put your tea bag in the water and stir slightly to ensure the bag is immersed in water. Note - the bags will float to the surface which is okay.
  3. Allow the tea to steep for at least 6 hours (Ideally in the fridge if you want it cold and ready to drink)
  4. After steeping, your tea is read to drink. Pour over ice, garnish with fresh mint or lemon, or whatever works best for you.
  5. When finished - pour more water and use your IF Tea bag again (up to 3x)

Hot BrewHot Brew

  1. Bring your water to a boil and drop your IF Tea bag in desired amount of water (IF Tea Bags are very large and have plenty of flavor for up to 30ozs of water)
  2. Loosen the leaves with a spoon by pressing gently on the bag and circulating it around in the water.
  3. Steep for as long as you like (at least 5 minutes and we recommend leaving your tea bag in while you drink to get the maximum benefits)
  4. If you choose to take the bag out, squeeze the bag so all of the heavily saturated water ends up in the mug.
  5. When finished - pour more water and use your IF Tea bag again (up to 3x)
