Brewing Instructions
Cold Brew
- Use desired amount of filtered water (IF Tea Bags are very large and have plenty of flavor for up to 30ozs of water)
- Put your tea bag in the water and stir slightly to ensure the bag is immersed in water. Note - the bags will float to the surface which is okay.
- Allow the tea to steep for at least 6 hours (Ideally in the fridge if you want it cold and ready to drink)
- After steeping, your tea is read to drink. Pour over ice, garnish with fresh mint or lemon, or whatever works best for you.
- When finished - pour more water and use your IF Tea bag again (up to 3x)
Hot Brew
- Bring your water to a boil and drop your IF Tea bag in desired amount of water (IF Tea Bags are very large and have plenty of flavor for up to 30ozs of water)
- Loosen the leaves with a spoon by pressing gently on the bag and circulating it around in the water.
- Steep for as long as you like (at least 5 minutes and we recommend leaving your tea bag in while you drink to get the maximum benefits)
- If you choose to take the bag out, squeeze the bag so all of the heavily saturated water ends up in the mug.
- When finished - pour more water and use your IF Tea bag again (up to 3x)
